Hypnotherapy can be used to discover issues from the past that may be causing distress in the preasent. Physical problems can also be effectively treated with hypnosis, such as IBS and insomnia. However, it is important that you consult your GP before approaching any hypnotherapist if they suffer from clinical depression, epilepsy or schizophrenia.

I combine hypnosis with other theraputic tools,including, Psychotherapy, Emotionl Focused Therapy (EFT) Parts Theray. The techniques used will depend on the presenting issues a client brings to therapy.
My aim is to help my clients find the key to making change happen as quickly,as safely and as efficiently as possible.
